Would You Kindly Read Below some useful information about our boat and tour as well as Terms & Conditions
1- Our yacht is cleaned and WC are sanitised every day, may we remind you no slippers or shoes are allowed on board, barefoot only. Would you kindly remember to bring a towel, couple of bathing clothes, sun glasses, sun cream, a hat, and would you kindly remind us to give you a sea sickness tablet or you may take one before you come in case you experienced seasickness before or never been on a medium size yacht.
Since the first day in boat tour business after consulting a Doctor we keep below mentioned sea sickness tablet in case our guest request one , we do not sell any medicine on board if you need any please purchase before you come , if you would like to use free of charge below mentioned sea sickness tablet at your own risk, for any side effects or for any effect as contradictions caused by your health or any allergies or any medicines you use it is at your own risk to use one . Medicine is called as: “Metpamid“ (Metoclopramide Hydrochloride 10 mg)

2- Pets are not allowed on our boat trips.
3-Couples and families only. (This rule is only for individual bookings open to public trips, the rule is not for private booking).
4- Our life jackets are for safety purpose and we allow non swimmers to use our life jackets with their own risk. Life jackets for safety purpose are not as comfortable as water sports life jackets if you wish to use a comfortable west better to buy one before you come. As well as you may use buoyancy noodles masks and snorkels on board. Using any equipment will be at guests own decision and own risk.
5- Would you kindly inform, and remind again us one day before tour date in case a birthday cake or any similar item agreed, outer than standard tour ingredients requested on WhatsApp by booking process.
6- Grill information (i.e. 3 chicken, 3 sea bream, 1 vegetarian ) should be submitted min 48 hours before tour date if not submitted and we can’t receive an answer from you, default grill choice is chicken skiver for all guests.
Please note grill for 0-6 years children are not included to the tour price if number of total guests more than 10 or equal to 10 adults’ price. 0-6 years children may enjoy the starters salads and mezes / fruits free of charge, and if you wish a grill prepared for them please inform us inadvance, additional fee of £10 will be applied per infant receiving a grill.
7- In case the guest does not present their selves without any information captain may leave the harbour and/or cancel the trip 15 minutes after open to public day or sunset trip departure time / also 1 hour after private trip departure time. In case of cancelation by the guest deposit is not refundable. Tour starts on agreed time and finishes on agreed time in case the guest sends a text or calls on tour date to inform they are getting late this does not mean tour hours are going to be extended as the boat may be booked for another tour or event after the existing tour or the crew has other Jobs to do after the trip.
8- The sea may be choppy or there may be some strong breeze on the tour date, our yacht is CE category A production which is safe for elderly persons as well as toddlers or babies under their parents supervision and care, and our captain is 500 GT certified Yacht Master with over 20 years’ experience which means captain checks weather and sea conditions before the tour date and also in the morning of tour date, In case of 6 beaufort scale or stronger wind and /or swell/ or waves that the tour cannot take place or in case harbour authorities don’t allow tours for a weather reason, cancellation with total refund or date change or different route may be applied. Please remember all sales are final and incurs 100% cancellation penalties in case cancelled by guest any other reason than above mentioned sea and weather conditions. If the guest wish to change the date of tour 30 days prior the tour date , there may be an additional fee of 20% of tour price due as it may be not possible to sell booked day again. If the captain able to sell the booked day again this rule is possible to not apply after captains decision.
9- Would you kindly keep copy of your voucher or WhatsApp confirmation to present to the captain on the tour date and time in case it is asked however we keep records it may be necessary.
10- May we kindly remind you the beverage fridges on board are operated by the crew in case you need any drinks from our fridges we are the only people authorised to open the fridges. For keeping the order of the fridge and also to find easily the beverage this is needed. Please do not try or ask to help yourselves.
11-We have Ice cream and chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available to purchase on board. No water or other beverages are allowed to bring on board. When we decide about tour prices, to make it as affordable as possible, we take the lowest price than it should be and also still operatable by calculating and expecting guest buy beverages on board. This is why as a rule all the beverages consumed on board should be purchased on board. In case of any water or other beverage is brought by only one guest of a group a penalty will be applied to the all guest from same group without any warning or notice. Our corkage fee is £15 per person but penalty is 25 gbp per person. Captain may ask a payment immediately in case any violation on this rule. (We supposed to give this info to everyone after catching some guests we respect allot, pouring alcohol from their toddlers water bottle 🍼 in coke cans )
12- On a small group gathering open to public or any private trip, guest may use main deck and toilet signed WC’s down stairs, for a safety and some other operational complications showers down stairs are out of use. In case you need a fresh rinsing after swimming we have a fresh water shower by the swimming stayers. For your own safety as well as others safety make sure you dry your body before entering downstairs as the wood on the floor may be slippery if wet.
13- Smoking only allowed in the aft area of the yacht by seating and using an ashtray. Extinguishing properly and not throwing the fags to the sea. Please remember the responsibility of not causing a fire.
14- we have free wi-fi internet on board , on a private trip you may connect to our Bluetooth music system and play your own playlist.
15-We are not interested in who is who and what kind of relation between joining guests.
But we would like to make one subject clear. All guest Joining to our tours should get on the boat and leave the boat in Kyrenia Antique Harbour. People cannot leave the yacht in bays other than swimming, water sports and other similar purpose, no scuba diving or spare fishing is allowed unless agreed in advance.
16- We do not include any cabin use or guest cannot go more than one person at same time to the same toilet. Ladies must use ladies’ toilet / gentlemen must use gentlemen toilet. Any gender totally naked or topless women / women with lingerie are not allowed. Any dance show contains lap dance or striptease or any erotica or sexual extremism are not allowed. In case violation on this rule captain may end the tour and cruise back to the harbour even tough agreed tour durance is not complied or food or similar service not done, also no refund can be applied in this case. Using drugs or narcotics are not allowed by the management and also by law.
17- However private trip standard price includes only10 adults / but if on the Voucher or on the internet/WhatsApp correspondence it is mentioned and agreed less number of persons booking guest cannot bring any more last minutes guests / in case any guest more than 10 or earlier mentioned and agreed joining, additional fee as PP on small groups gathering trip may be applied . Last minute additional guest accepts that there may be no grilled food available for them or only available sort will be grilled.
18- If the boat leaves the quay, this means tour started in case violation of any rules or guests asks to go back for any reasons captain will return the harbour the tour will be accepted as tour completed.
19- No fishing is allowed on an open to public day on board.
20-Guests who are joining our trips or buying our tour tickets or paying a deposit for a trip are automatically accepted and agreed our terms and conditions.
Guests insist on breaking rules captain may return to the mooring in the harbour without any notice and any reaction blocking captains operations will count as rebellion, in this case captain may call police or coast guard or temporarily arrest the guest or guests until authorities arrive .
21- If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask to Captain
22-may we kindly remind you including thermos cans and any other fancy looking drinking containers any beverage brought with will be kept by us until the end of the trip and will give you back when the trip is finished. The beverage fridges are for only our operations, we do serve to the guests we don't allow guests to self service. Bringing own drinks or water will due GBP 15 per person additionaly to the amount paid
23-would you kindly make sure you have enough towels and bathing suits with to not to sit or lay down wet on cushions coaches chairs as there is or there may be another trip following we can't dry the cushions in the afternoon so quickly also to not to go downstairs to the toilets wet to make sure next person doesn't have an accident by slippery floor.
Please make sure if you are using any sort of sun tan cream or lotion you are using your extra towel you brought between your özledim body and the sunbed or sea.

Would you kindly tell us your grill choices for each guest chicken or sea bream fish. 1 order for each guest i.e. 2 chicken, 1Sea bream fish 1 vegetarian Other than information received default grill for all guests is chicken skiver.we grill hellim which is local cheese and usually called halumi in English for vegetarian guests please advice in advance if you are vegetarian, may we kindly remind if parents order grill for non paying infant guests there will be additional charge 10 GBP per grill.
